◆ Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not always safe.
As they are carried out in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆ Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets out regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Federation, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets out even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you purchase personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not purchased insurance in advance can purchase it on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10~7 days before → 10%
6~2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
