cancellation		 1. Acceptance of cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted by phone. (Reception hours: 8AM ～ 8PM)

2. Fees related to cancellation due to customer convenience
In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the number of days until the reservation date.
・10 to 7 days before the reservation date: 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
・6 to 2 days before the reservation date: 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
・The day before the reservation date: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
・On the day of reservation: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
※Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged even if you are unable to make it on time for the tour due to traffic jams or others some reason.

3. Refund processing for credit card payments and PayPay online payments
If you use credit card payment or PayPay online payment, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. However, for credit card payments, if the cancellation is made for reasons attributable to the customer, or if a reservation is made on the day before without prior availability confirmation and we are unable to accept the reservation, both the cancellation fee and the transaction fee (3.6% + tax) will be deducted from the refund.
