| About cancellation |
1. Acceptance of cancellation Cancellations will be accepted by phone. (Reception hours: 8AM ～ 8PM) 2. Fees related to cancellation due to customer convenience In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the number of days until the reservation date. ・10 to 7 days before the reservation date: 10% cancellation fee will be charged. ・6 to 2 days before the reservation date: 30% cancellation fee will be charged. ・The day before the reservation date: 50% cancellation fee will be charged. ・On the day of reservation: 100% cancellation fee will be charged. ※Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged even if you are unable to make it on time for the tour due to traffic jams or others some reason. 3. Refund processing for credit card payments and PayPay online payments If you use credit card payment or PayPay online payment, we will refund the amount minus the above cancellation fee. However, in the case of credit card payment, if you cancel due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount minus the cancellation fee and payment fee (3.6% + tax). |
