What is Rafting？ Minakami Town, located along the upper Tone River in Gunma Prefecture, is a globally renowned Wild rafting rapids destination. From the High Water season in May and June to refreshing summer rafting and autumn foliage tours, there are various courses to enjoy. Rafting is a water sport where a team paddles together on an inflatable boat (8-person capacity: 7 guests + 1 guide) to navigate through thrilling rapids. Canoe

●Canadian canoe experience on the Minakami What is a Canadian canoe? A Canadian canoe is a boat that can carry 1 to 3 people and is paddled with a single blade paddle. It originated from its use by Native Americans in North America. It was mainly used by Canadian Native Americans to move around lakes and ponds, hence the name "Canadian canoe".
