[Airboard precautions]
◎Please bring goggles or sunglasses as snow may fly into your face. A neck face warmer will keep your face warm.
◎If there are people directly below you, move away from them before you begin skiing.
◎Listen carefully to your guide's instructions.
・Pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover cannot participate in the tour on the day.

Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance will be asked to take out non-refundable insurance on the day of the tour.

Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.

※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
