Article 3 (Usage fees and payment methods)

※ In consideration of the use of this service, the User shall pay the usage fee separately determined by our company and displayed on this website, by the method specified by our company.
※ The user must pay the usage fee within 3 days of completing the reservation. If payment is not received within 3 days, the reservation may be canceled at our discretion.

Article 4 (Prohibitions)

When using this service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.
※（1）Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
※（2）Any activity related to criminal activity
※（3）Any act that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of our servers or networks
※（4）Any act that may disrupt the operation of our services
※（5）Collecting or storing personal information about other users
※（6）Impersonating other users
※（7）Any act of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services
※（8）Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

※ Our liability for breach of contract shall be exempted if such breach is not due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
※ Even if the Company is held liable for any reason, the Company shall only be liable for compensation within the scope of damages that may normally arise and, in the case of paid services, only within the scope of the price.
※ The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that arise between the User and other Users or third parties in relation to the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

We reserve the right to change the content of this Service or to discontinue providing this Service without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer or pledge as security to a third party their status under the Service Agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

※ The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
※ In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
