Important Notes

■Rafting
・For safety reasons, handheld cameras are not allowed on Minakami rafting tours.
It is OK if you can use a mount such as a GoPro to keep your hands free!
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.
・The tour will proceed even in rain (please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to customer convenience)
◆Water volume regulations
Minakami Town has safety standards and may cancel the tour if the water volume exceeds the set amount.
If the tour is canceled, you can switch to another event, such as lake rafting (rafting on a lake) or another event that is available on that day.
◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
Since they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have passed these tests, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by Rescue 3 and Medical First Aid certified personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per person per accident).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out this insurance on the day at our company, with a non-refundable premium.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
