This plan allows you to spend a luxurious private time.
The fully-rented cottage has an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, so you can enjoy the hot springs as much as you like at any time.
※Please note that the outdoor baths cannot be used during the winter season (December to March).
The cottage is equipped with a hot spring bath, a mini kitchen, a refrigerator, self-serve drinks, amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, towels, bath towels), a microwave, a kettle, etc.
Air conditioning and heating, and a washlet toilet are also available.
For dinner, we will provide ingredients for a full course meal, including tenderloin and sirloin of A5-ranked Masuda beef, a rare beef from Gunma Prefecture, as well as lobster buerre bass hotpot and other ingredients.
For breakfast, we will provide pancakes, fruit, and drinks.
Since this is glamping, please cook and clean up together and enjoy yourself to the fullest.

◎Accommodation building
Only three cottage-type bungalows are available on the premises, and they are available for private use by only three groups per day.
◎Bedding
There are two semi-double beds, two single beds, and one futon.
※ (2-7 guests can stay, but the bedding is for up to 5 guests, so if you are staying with 6-7 guests, please use the semi-double beds for 2 guests.)

There are no essential items to bring, but sleeping clothes are not provided.
Useful items to bring include insect repellent spray, first-aid medications, pajamas, etc.
There is an outdoor bath, but please bring a swimsuit if you plan to use it.

■【Winter】Snowshoes

[Snowshoe precautions]
- For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed
- We take photos of the tour and sell QR codes
- Follow the guide's instructions when walking around trees, etc., as you may sink into them.
- Please note that pregnant women, those who are not feeling well, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will not be allowed to participate in the tour on the day.
- Rain or shine.

◆ Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆ Guide standards
Minakami Town's outdoor tours are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets out regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Federation, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets out even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆ Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident, per person).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a one-time premium at our company on the day.

Shioya Spa is quiet staying facility, where we would like you to spend your time quietly, so making noise and playing music is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations from guests who intend to make noise.

※Please note that the outdoor open-air baths (individual outdoor hot springs) cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will dine indoors in the dedicated restaurant building, and will be guided to teppanyaki (hot plate). (Mid-December to end of March)
※There is a lot of snowfall in winter, so please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※The outdoor water tap cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※As with the green season, there are many families, so please refrain from making noise or shouting.
※There is no staff on-site at all times, so please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than the scheduled time.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
