Airboard is making its debut in Minakami, Gunma Prefecture, for winter outdoor activities!
Airboard is like snow bodyboarding and is a sport anyone can participate in.
This trendy new sport involves a sturdy rubber float with a handle that you can securely grip to slide down snowy slopes. Unlike skiing or snowboarding, it doesn't require any binding, making it a relatively easy-to-master thrilling winter sport for children and women. You can also rest assured that a guide will be accompanying you♪
◆This plan is an accommodation package that includes accommodation and airboard.
Riverstone offers simple accommodation with beds (bedding included).
The room comes equipped with a heater, refrigerator, bathtub, flush toilet, and kitchenette.
Parking is also available, so please feel free to use it.

[Airboard precautions]
◎Please bring goggles or sunglasses as snow may fly into your face. A neck face warmer will keep your face warm.
◎If there are people directly below you, move away from them before starting to ski.
◎Listen carefully to your guide's instructions.
・Pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover cannot participate in the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance will be able to take out this insurance on the day of the tour.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
