~Meals~
We have partnered with local butcher Ikufu-do to make the famous Masuda beef from Gunma Prefecture a reality! !
Other dishes available include Ikufu-do's jamon Minakami prosciutto salad, salmon carpaccio, and bouillabaisse hotpot.
※All dinners at Shioya are glamping-style steak BBQ (cooked indoors on a hot plate in winter), and breakfast is pancakes, and guests are free to do everything from cooking to cleaning up while enjoying themselves.

Cooking is also easy. If you refer to the recipes, you will be able to enjoy a meal that is comparable to that of the last run chef.

About the hot springs
Minakami Onsen is one of the three major hot spring areas in Gunma, Kusatsu Onsen, Ikaho Onsen, and Minakami Onsen, which are some of the most famous hot spring areas in Japan. The source hot spring owned by Shioya is a low-temperature hot spring, but the ingredients have outstanding efficacy. There is a hot spring hut on the premises, and the hot spring water is directly poured into it, so you can bathe in the hot spring water as it is.

There is a free parking lot, and we will guide you on the day.

■Shioya Gramping Spa

There are no essential items to bring, but sleeping clothes are not provided.
Useful items to bring include insect repellent spray, first-aid medications, pajamas, etc.
There is an outdoor bath, but please bring a swimsuit if you plan to use it.

[Airboard precautions]
◎Please bring goggles or sunglasses as snow may fly into your face. A neck face warmer will keep your face warm.
◎If there are people directly below you, move away from them before you begin skiing.
◎Listen carefully to the guide's instructions.
・Pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover cannot participate in the tour on the day.
◆Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a non-refundable insurance policy on the day of the tour.

〇Fireworks are prohibited, but hand-held fireworks are allowed for decoration.

〇If you would like a use shuttle service, please contact us at least 2 days in advance.

Shioya Spa is quiet staying facility, where we would like you to spend your time quietly, so making noise and playing music is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations from guests who intend to make noise.

※【Winter Information for Guests Using from December to March】※
※Please note that the outdoor open-air baths (individual outdoor hot springs) cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will dine indoors in the dedicated restaurant building, and will be guided to teppanyaki (hot plate). (Mid-December to end of March)
※There is a lot of snowfall in winter, so please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※The outdoor water tap cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※As with the green season, there are many families, so please refrain from making noise or shouting.
※There is no staff on-site at all times, so please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than the scheduled time.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
