| How to issue | 1. Please apply from the application page. 2. Once your application is complete, your passport will be provisionally registered. 3. When you visit TOP Minakami, please present your provisionally registered annual passport to staff. ※Please note that we will need to verify your identity, so please make sure that the person who applied for the annual passport comes to the store. 4. After verifying your identity, the expiration date will be set and the card will become available for use. |
| Precautions | ● Use is limited to the person named on the Annual Passport. ● To make a reservation, you make a reservation for one day, and then you can make your next reservation after that day has been used up. ● Please note that reservations for multiple days cannot be made at once. ● It does not cover fees that are not related to outdoor activities, such as rental fees, insurance, or meals. ● Cannot be used with package plans. ● To make a reservation, check "Annual Passport" on our website and apply. ● If Annual Pass is used improperly, violates the rules, or causes a nuisance to other users, the use of the Annual Pass will be suspended and no refunds will be given. ● Please contact us if there are any changes to the details of your application. |
