・Ingredients (beef, several types of sukiyaki vegetables, rice, udon) and equipment will be provided as a set.
※Cooking and cleaning up are all done by the customer.

Schedule

◆If you participate in snowshoeing in the afternoon of the same day and stay overnight (snowshoeing on the day + accommodation only)
・Meet at 1:00pm (Camp Tapa)
・Start snowshoeing at 1:30pm
・Return to Camp Tapa base at 3:30pm
・Move to Riverstone at 4:00pm and check in
・Check out at 10:00am

◆If you participate in snowshoeing the next morning (snowshoeing the next day + accommodation only)
・Go directly to Riverstone and check in.
・Move to the snowshoe starting point at 9:00am the next morning. (Camp Tapa)
・Start snowshoeing at 9:45am
・Return to Camp Tapa base at 12:00pm
・End of tour (disband on site)
※You will not return to your room as you will join the tour after checking out.

Please note that pregnant women, people with a hangover, and people who have consumed alcohol cannot participate in the tour.

[Snowshoe precautions]
- For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed
- We take photos of the tour and sell QR codes
- Follow the guide's instructions when walking around trees, etc., as you may sink into them.
- Please note that pregnant women, those who are not feeling well, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will not be allowed to participate in the tour on the day.
- Rain or shine.

◆ Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆ Guide standards
Minakami Town's outdoor tours are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets out regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Federation, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets out even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆ Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident, per person).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a one-time premium at our company on the day.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
