◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
There are dangerous elements because they are carried out in nature.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

Minakami canyoning half-day course with BBQ Time schedule

● Morning session
8:20AM Gathering (fill out waiver, change clothes)
9:10AM Departure from base (pick up by car, listen to safety briefing)
9:40AM Tour start
11:10AM Arrive at base
11:40PM BBQ start (about 2 hours)

● Afternoon session
12:20PM Gathering (fill out waiver, change clothes)
1:00PM Departure from base (pick up by car, listen to safety briefing)
1:20PM Tour start
3:30PM Arrive at base
4:00PM BBQ start (about 2 hours)

●The 11AM canyoning course will end at about 1:10PM. (BBQ afterwards)
※The tour will last about 3 hours. Please note that times may vary depending on the water level on the day.

  Let's register before the canyoning experience, pay, and hear the schedule for the day.

  Fill out a liability waiver while listening to the explanation from the canyoning staff.

  Listen the safety talk! There will be foreign guide so Listen carefully and ask questions if you don't understand!

  5mm cold-resistant wetsuits are available for free rental, so don't worry!

  The hearty BBQ comes with 350g of meat per person! If you want to eat various things, feel free to bring them in!

*The types of vegetables may vary slightly depending on the season.
*BBQ ingredients are provided, but guests are free to bring their own. Please bring your own if necessary. (There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car.)

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
