※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will dine indoors in the dedicated restaurant building and will be guided to teppanyaki (hot plate). (Mid-December to end-March)
※There is a lot of snowfall in winter, so please bring chains and prepare studless tires
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow
※Outdoor water taps cannot be used to prevent freezing
※As with the green season, there are many families, so please refrain from making noise or shouting

[About tour cancellations]
If the guide judges the weather or situation to be dangerous on the day, we may have no choice but to cancel the tour, so please be aware of this in advance
※In the case of a complete cancellation, no tour fee will be charged
※Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation costs to our company

■Shioya Gramping Spa

There are no essential items to bring, but sleeping clothes are not provided.
Useful items to bring include insect repellent spray, first-aid medications, pajamas, etc.
There is an outdoor bath, but please bring a swimsuit if you plan to use it.

Swimsuit, sauna set, drinks, etc.

You are free to bring your own food and cooking equipment.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
