Flush toilets and powder rooms are available in a separate building! (Microwaves, pots, etc. are available.)

There are no bathing facilities, so we issue discount tickets for nearby hot springs, so please use them♪

■Tours are held twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
※The tour time is approximately 3 hours. Please note that the time may change depending on the weather on the day.

Important Notes

■【Winter】Ski Tour

[Ski Tour Precautions]
◎Please bring goggles or sunglasses as snow will fly into your face. A neck face warmer will keep your face warm.
◎If there are people right below you, move away from them before starting to ski.
◎Listen carefully to the guide's instructions.
・Pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover cannot participate in the tour on the day.
■Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily to be always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
■Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance.
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
※You can take out personal injury insurance on the day of the tour

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
