◆Conditions for participation
Anyone can participate
Anyone over 5 years old and around 110cm tall is OK

◆Canyoning takes about 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Tours are held three times a day ➡ 8:20am, 10:40am, 12:20pm
A professional guide will accompany you on the canyoning tour and provide friendly and careful instruction, so anyone from beginners to children can participate.
You will walk a little from the starting point, but you will head to a stream of natural mineral water and follow the guide's instructions to enjoy the slides, diving, and more.
Canyoning in the virgin forest, a treasure trove of nature, is exhilarating!
This year's fun will be a whirlwind of laughter and excitement~ (^^♪
◆The Obon holiday in August and Saturday afternoons are very crowded.
If you don't like crowded situations, we recommend coming at a different time as it will be less crowded!
◆Access
・If you want to sightsee, we recommend coming by car.
・If coming by car: 15 minutes from Minakami I.C. on the Kanetsu Expressway.
・If coming by train: Free pick-up and drop-off from JR Minakami Station or Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen.
※If you would like a pick-up and drop-off service, please make a reservation in advance.
※We also provide pick-up and drop-off services from the nearest accommodations, so please inquire.

※There is also a canyoning course with a 10:30AM meeting.
(The total tour time is approximately 2 hours, and the return time to base is 1:10PM)
※Please note that the time may vary slightly depending on the weather, water level, and the number of customers on the day.
※If you are using the expressway on weekends and holidays, please leave a little earlier.

●Notes for participating in minakami canyoning
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers participating in water canyoning tours
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
