・Please pay the tour fee in cash. (Credit card payments not accepted)
・It will be crowded on the day, so please have a representative collect all the tickets and pay at the reception desk in advance.

※Prices will be increased by 1,000 yen on weekends, national holidays, Obon, Golden Week, and Silver Week.

◆Canyoning takes about 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Tours are held three times a day ➡ 8:30 AM, 10:40 AM, 12:30 PM
Canyoning tours are accompanied by professional guides who will teach you kindly and carefully, so anyone from beginners to children can participate.
It's a short walk from the starting point, but you can enjoy canyoning in the great outdoors with a fun guide, heading towards the natural crystal water point, slides and diving into the slippery stream.
Canyoning in the primeval forest of Minakami, a treasure trove of nature, is exhilarating!

・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers participating in water canyoning tours
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
