BBQ Plan for Groups of Over 20
Reservations accepted for groups of 20 or more! We can accept groups of up to 100 people.
We'll introduce you to the recommended location for those who can't find a BBQ spot.
There are 5 BBQ areas on the TOP Minakami, and we can accommodate groups of all sizes, depending on the plan.
Come and enjoy a leisurely BBQ in the heart of nature, with food, equipment, and drinks all included. All you need to do is fire up the grill and enjoy!
Please feel free to use the facility for company events, parties, and a variety of other plans.
* Draft beer and alcohol in cans are available for purchase on site.

Plan Details
The BBQ can be used for 2 hours.
◆After you have checked in, staff will light the fire so that the charcoal is ready to use.
We will give you the ingredients, which you can cut to your desired size. Please use the shared kitchen.
The meat is cut by local butcher Ikufudo into sizes that can be grilled and eaten immediately.
◆You are free to bring your own food.
Tea is provided, but no alcohol is served.
◆ Vending machines are available.
There is a Coca-Cola vending machine.
Draft beer is also available for purchase.

Our staff will provide the ingredients, equipment, and fire starters. We also provide free barley tea.

*BBQ ingredients are provided, but guests are free to bring their own. Please bring your own if necessary. (There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car.)
[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.
[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
