Can't find the right location? TOP Minakami recommends a BBQ event that can accommodate more than 50 people; for groups, we can accept up to 100 people.
★Period April 1 to November 30
TOP Minakami has five BBQ areas, and depending on the plan, we can accommodate small groups to large groups.
Come with bare-handed and enjoy a leisurely BBQ in the great outdoors. Everything you need, including ingredients, equipment, and drinks, will be provided. All you have to do is cook and eat only.
Enjoy the various plans for company events and parties.
※Draft beer and can alcohol are sold on-site.

Plan Details
The BBQ can be used for 3 hours.
◆After you have checked in, staff will light the fire so that the charcoal is ready to use.
Ingredients will be given to you, and you can cut it to your desired size. Please use the shared kitchen.
The meat is cut by local butcher Ikufudo into sizes that can be grilled and eaten immediately.
◆You are free to bring your own food.
Tea is provided, but no alcohol is served.
◆ Vending machines are available.
There is a Coca-Cola vending machine.
Draft beer is also available for purchase.

Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.
[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
