After enjoying airboard, let's relax and enjoy the nature at Lodge Yamanoie ! At night, you can enjoy a natural planetarium on the premises as you can see the starry sky.
For dinner, let's enjoy a sukiyaki hot pot together(^^♪
Gunma Prefecture is a sukiyaki prefecture. Please eat a lot of tasty sukiyaki with local ingredients.
Breakfast will be a pure Japanese meal!
You can choose whether you want to experience outdoor activities before or after lodging! If you want to experience outdoor activities on the Minakami, we recommend the accommodation package, which is also attractive because it is substantial!

■【Winter】AirBoard

[Airboard precautions]
◎Please bring goggles or sunglasses as snow may fly into your face. A neck face warmer will keep your face warm.
◎If there are people directly below you, move away from them before you begin skiing.
◎Listen carefully to the guide's instructions.
・Pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover cannot participate in the tour on the day.
◆Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a non-refundable insurance policy on the day of the tour.

■Lodge Yamanoie

・There is a shared bath (separate for men and women) in the building.
・Please note that there are no stores (convenience stores, etc.) nearby where you can buy groceries. (The nearest convenience store is about 20 minutes by car.)
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
