Lunch BBQ Plan for Group of Over 50
Don’t you find it hard to make a reservation?
We recommend Tapa’s BBQ event, which is available for groups of over 50. We can accept up to 100 people.
★Available from 1 April to 30 November
Tapa BBQ areas will be set in a campground, so we ask that groups reserve the entire area. Please note that plans may be slightly altered depending on the size of the group. Enjoy a delightful BBQ in the heart of nature. We provide all the ingredients, equipment, and drinks, so you can come empty-handed. Just grill and savor the food. Please consider this plan for your company events and parties.
※Please bring your own beer and other drinks. We only have soft drink vending machines on-site.
※You may bring your own food in addition to drinks.

Plan Details
The BBQ can be used for 3 hours.
◆After you have checked in, staff will light the charcoal so that it is ready to use.
Pre-cut ingredients will be handed to you, so you can grill and eat straight away.
The meat has been cut by local butcher Ikufudo into sizes that can be grilled and eaten immediately.
◆You are free to bring your own drinks.
Tea is provided, but no alcohol is served.
◆ Vending machines are available.
There is a Coca-Cola vending machine.

◆You can use the facility for 3 hours from the time of check-in.
◆Services
Our staff will provide the ingredients, equipment, and fire starters. We also provide free barley tea.

*BBQ ingredients are provided, but guests are free to bring their own. Please bring your own if necessary. (There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car.)
[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.
[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
