This camping package includes a half-day water rafting experience, a luxurious BBQ and breakfast, and accommodation at RiverStone.
～Participation requirements～
・Elementary school students to 65 years old
●Even beginners can participate in rafting, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
Children can also participate, so you can enjoy it as a family group while overcoming big waves.

※Meeting times are 8:30 for the morning session and 3:00 for the afternoon session.
※When making a reservation, please select your rafting start time as either [morning] or [afternoon] using the [Reservation Form] button at the bottom of the page.

■Rafting

Items to Prepare for Minakami Rafting and What’s Included in the Tour
【Items You Need to Bring】
・Swimsuit (Required): To wear under the wetsuit (no rentals available).
・Towel (Required): No rentals available.
・Eyeglass Band (Required for glasses wearers).
・Waterproof Sneakers or Outdoor Sandals: Must have heel support (Crocs or sandals without secure straps are not allowed).

■RiverStone Glamping

◇Things you should bring when using Riverstone
・It may get cold in the evenings and mornings, so please bring something to wear, such as a fleece.
・Pajamas for overnight stays

・Please bring insect repellent spray if you have it.
・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.

・Feel free to bring your own food

■Shioya Gramping Spa

There are no essential items to bring, but sleeping clothes are not provided.
Useful items to bring include insect repellent spray, first-aid medications, pajamas, etc.
There is an outdoor bath, but please bring a swimsuit if you plan to use it.

You are free to bring your own food and cooking equipment.

Important Notes

■Rafting

・For safety reasons, hand-held cameras are not allowed during the tour.
・GoPro or other mounted devices that keep your hands free are acceptable.
・Pregnant women, those feeling unwell, individuals who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour, or those who are hungover will not be allowed to participate.
・Tours proceed even in rainy conditions. Please note that cancellations due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.

◆Water Level Regulations
・Minakami Town has strict safety standards. If the water level exceeds the limit, the tour may be cancelled.
・In case of cancellation, you can switch to alternative activities such as lake rafting or other available outdoor activities for the day.

◆Important Notes for Participants
・Outdoor tours are conducted in nature and may involve inherent risks.
・Please understand this thoroughly before making a reservation.

◆Guide Standards
・Minakami’s outdoor tours follow the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which enforces strict safety regulations and standards.
・All guides are certified in Rescue 3 and Medical First Aid, ensuring your safety throughout the tour.

◆Insurance Coverage
・All tours include facility liability insurance (up to ¥300 million per accident per person).
・Personal injuries or accidents caused by individual actions are not covered under this insurance.
・It is recommended to purchase accident insurance. If you do not have prior coverage, you can opt for a one-day insurance plan through the company on the day of the tour.

■RiverStone Glamping

◇ River Stone Precautions for use
・It gets crowded around 4:00 p.m., so you may have to wait. Thank you for your understanding.
・No smoking inside the building　・No pets.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10 p.m. It will be a nuisance to other guests.
・Please keep to breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are allowed in designated areas on the premises and in the parking lot, but fireworks that make noise are prohibited in the neighborhood.
・Please keep all other trash in the cottages together.
※【Winter Information for those using from December to March】※
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will eat indoors in the dedicated restaurant building (mid-December to late March)
※As there is a lot of snowfall in winter, please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※As with the green season, there will be many families staying, so please refrain from making noise or yelling.
※As there are no resident staff, please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than expected.

■Shioya Gramping Spa

~Please note~
*The price will be increased by 1,000 yen on Sundays, holidays, days before holidays, and the New Year holidays (December 29th to January 4th).
〇If you cancel due to your own reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.
10th to 7th Day→ 10%
6th to 2nd Day → 30%
The day before → 50%
On the day → 100%

〇All rooms are non-smoking room.
〇Fireworks are prohibited, but hand-held fireworks are allowed for decoration.
(Please speak to the local staff on the day.)
〇If you would like a use shuttle service, please contact us at least 2 days in advance.

Shioya Spa is quiet staying facility, where we would like you to spend your time quietly, so making noise and playing music is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations from guests who intend to make noise.

※【Winter Information for Guests Using from December to March】※
※Please note that the outdoor open-air baths (individual outdoor hot springs) cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will dine indoors in the dedicated restaurant building, and will be guided to teppanyaki (hot plate). (Mid-December to end of March)
※There is a lot of snowfall in winter, so please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※The outdoor water tap cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※As with the green season, there are many families, so please refrain from making noise or shouting.
※There is no staff on-site at all times, so please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than the scheduled time.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
