◆Access
・We recommend that you come by car if you want to sightsee.
・If coming by car: 15 minutes from Minakami I.C. on the Kan'etsu Expressway.
・If coming by train: Free pick-up service available from JR Minakami Station or Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen.
※If you would like a pick-up service, please make a reservation in advance.
※We also provide pick-up service from the nearest accommodation, so please contact us.
◆The tour is very crowded during the Obon period in August and on Saturday afternoons.
If you don't like crowded situations, we recommend coming at a different time of year when it is less crowded!
◆Payment method
・Please pay the tour fee in cash.
・It will be crowded on the day, so please have a representative collect the payment in advance at the reception desk.
・Please contact us in advance if you would like to pay by bank transfer.

※Children's fee: Applies to children over 100 cm tall and up to elementary school age.
(Middle school students will be charged the adult rate)

◆Social distancing on canyoning tours
This year's canyoning tours will be held while maintaining a safe distance between groups.

◆Canyoning takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
Tours are held three times a day ➡ 8:20am, 10:30am, 12:30pm
A professional guide will accompany you on the canyoning tour and provide friendly and careful instruction, so anyone from beginners to children can participate.
You will walk a little from the starting point, but you will head to a stream of natural mineral water and follow the guide's instructions to enjoy the slides, diving, and other activities to your heart's content.
Canyoning in the middle of nature's treasure trove of virgin forests is refreshing!
This year's play will be a whirlpool of laughter and excitement~(^^♪

●Operations will be a group experience.
The half-year of July and August on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will have an experience of about 30 people

・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers participating in water canyoning tours
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
