Because it is an unmanned campsite, you can enjoy camping as you like without any worries. Free parking is available for your comfort. Enjoy a leisurely, free and luxurious slow life while enjoying a bonfire and listening to the murmuring of the river and the chirping of the birds.

*There are also several day-trip hot spring facilities nearby, so please refer to the Minakami Town website before using them.

[How to use]
When you make a reservation, a reservation code will be sent to you in advance by email. Scan the QR code of the campsite and enter the reservation code to display the designated plot number, so please move to the plot with that number and use it.

Plan Details

◆BBQ ingredients
・Fried noodles
・Vegetables (onion, eggplant, bell pepper, carrot, pumpkin, mushroom, cabbage, potato)
※Vegetable types may vary slightly depending on the season.
・Meat (beef skirt steak, pork, lamb, chicken, sausage, beef)
※Please note that the types may vary slightly depending on the season.
・BBQ ingredients will be provided, but you are free to bring your own. You can also buy them nearby! (15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket)
◆Equipment
Gas portable stove, net, iron plate, plates (side plates, sauce plates), cups, chopsticks, tongs, oil, sauce, seasoned salt and pepper are provided.

There is a basic fee of ¥6,000 per plot.

Please note that there is a participation fee of ¥3,500 per adult and ¥3,000 per child (elementary school students and under).

Please make reservations by 4pm the day before.
Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation, so please make your reservation as early as possible.

About fees
There is a basic fee of ¥6,000 per plot.

Transportation
●Those coming by car
Get off at the Minakami Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway, and it will take about 30 minutes to reach our campsite

About lights-out time
◎Lights-out at 10:00PM.
Please refrain from making noise or shouting outside as there will be other customers and families with small children.

Notes on campsite use
・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur within the campsite.
・Please note that the border between the campsite and the river is a cliff.
・Guests with children should keep an eye on them at all times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and also in the surrounding area.
・Guests must take away all garbage from food and drinks they bring with them.
・Please do not make noise after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other guests.

If you go to the river adjacent to the campsite, please be especially careful of rocks, rapids, deep pools, and cliffs.
Also, be careful of sudden increases in water level.
Guests with children should never take their eyes off their children.
Please be sure to take care of their safety when using the campsite.
The campsite takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

・For safety reasons, hand-held cameras are not allowed during the tour.
・GoPro or other mounted devices that keep your hands free are acceptable.

・Tours proceed even in rainy conditions. Please note that cancellations due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.

・All tours include facility liability insurance (up to ¥300 million per accident per person).
・Personal injuries or accidents caused by individual actions are not covered under this insurance.
・It is recommended to purchase accident insurance. If you do not have prior coverage, you can opt for a one-day insurance plan through the company on the day of the tour.

■Canyoning

Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

■Family Outdoor

・The tour will proceed even in rain. However, if the weather is dangerous, the guide may cancel the tour at his discretion.

※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
