If you're going to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, we recommend a plan that allows you to easily BBQ empty-handed!
It's a great plan because you can do it empty-handed. Not only is it cheap, but it's also a great plan with a lot of content, and all ingredients, equipment, tableware, etc. are included, so it's safe and fun♪
Our staff will set up the BBQ and start the fire.
All that's left for you to do is grill the butcher and vegetables and eat them~ (^^♪
Please note that you will have to clean up after the BBQ♪

Our staff will provide the ingredients, equipment, and fire starters. We will also provide free barley tea.

Meat (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, spare ribs, sausages, seasoned offal), vegetables (onions, eggplant, green peppers, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes), yakisoba

Charcoal, stove, grill, iron plate, plates (side plates, sauce plates), cups, chopsticks, tongs, oil, sauce, seasoned salt and pepper

Half-day Minakami packraft course with BBQ Time schedule

Morning session
8:30AM Gathering (fill out waiver, change clothes)
9:30AM Departure from base (pick up by car, listen to safety briefing)
10:00AM Tour start
12:00AM Arrive at base
12:10PM BBQ start (about 2 hours)

Afternoon session
12:30PM Gathering (fill out waiver, change clothes)

2:00PM Tour start
4:15PM Arrive at base
4:25PM BBQ start (about 2 hours)

The 11AM packraft course will end at about 2:00PM. (BBQ afterwards)
※The tour will last about 3 hours.

◆ We will prepare everything, so you can come empty-handed and get started.

*The types of vegetables may vary slightly depending on the season.
*BBQ ingredients are provided, but guests are free to bring their own. Please bring your own if necessary. (There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car.)

■PackRafting

Please note
If the guide judges the packrafting tour to be dangerous due to the weather or conditions on the day, the tour may be cancelled.
If the tour is cancelled, no fee will be charged.
◆Not participating in the tour
Please note that pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol, and those who are not feeling well cannot participate in the tour.

※Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation costs to come to our company.

※The tour may be canceled depending on the weather on the day.。（Please understand that this is a water sport that involves in nature.）

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
