Enjoy a full-scale tour in collaboration with MTB Japan.

● Mountain bike safety
Although MTB Japan's expert guides conduct thorough weather and site surveys in advance, safety is not guaranteed. A professional guide will always accompany you, but there are risks involved as you are dealing with nature. Please understand and consent before participating.

● Mountain bike guides
Instructors will be instructor guides who specialize in MTB only.
We recommend that customers who participate in the tour take out accident insurance and sports insurance in advance.
(Injury insurance available on site)
◎To ensure a safe and enjoyable tour, please participate with the support of the tour guide.

● Requests to customers
Mountain bike tours are not always safe.
Because it is in nature, there are places where it is difficult to walk, such as places with poor footing (mountain paths, riverbeds, rocky areas), and you may fall.
There are also other places where you should not go. Please be sure to follow the instructions of your guide.
We ask that customers who participate understand that this is a dangerous sport and participate accordingly.

Important Notes

■Mountain Bike

・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused tours on the day.
・Tour cancellations will be decided based on the weather on the day.
◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain an element of danger.
Please make sure you understand the risks before making a reservation.
◆Insurance
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance to cover accidents and injuries caused by your own actions.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a non-refundable insurance policy on the day at our Tokyo TOP Minakami office.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
