[About fees]
The basic fee is ¥12,000 per plot.
This is the basic fee for up to 10 people.
※There are 9 campsites, and each site can accommodate 1 to 10 people.
※The basic fee for up to 6 people per plot is ¥12,000, but if there are more than 6 people, it will be +2000 yen per person.
※The above fee will be charged separately for additional people, so please enter the number of additional people in the "Questions/Requests" section when making a reservation. We will inform you of the final fee after booking.
※For 6 or more people → The usage fee will be the basic fee plus the total number of people over 6.
※The fee will be increased by ¥1,000 on weekends, holidays, Obon, Golden Week, and Silver Week (the day before a holiday)
※Customers who wish to use the sauna should tell a staff member at check-in.

Please make reservations by 4pm the day before.
Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation, so please make your reservation as early as possible.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

10-7 days before → 10%
6-2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On the day → 100%

Others
※Please bring a dog cage if you have a pet. We can lend one to customers who do not bring a cage. Campsite check-in
Check-in is OK from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 Am.

Shower facilities are available (2 locations).
15 minutes per person. Shampoo and body soap are included.

For those who wish to use the sauna
There is a sauna on the premises where you can enjoy loyly.
Sauna is available from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
If you wish to use the sauna, please inform to staff member while Check-in.

Lights-out time
◎Lights-out at 10:00 PM
There will be other guests and families with small children, so please refrain from making noise or shouting outside.

Notes on using the campsite
・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur at the campsite.
・Please keep an eye on your children if you have children.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises or in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the surrounding area.
・Guests must take all trash associated with food and drinks they bring with them when they leave.
・Please do not make noise after 10pm. It will disturb other guests.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
