About the fee
※There are 9 campsites, each of which can accommodate 2-10 people
※Prices will be increased by 1,000 yen on weekends, national holidays, Obon, Golden Week, and Silver Week (the day before a holiday)

※Please note that this plan does not include meals. (15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket)
※Everything except meals will be prepared by our company.
※If you would like to use the sauna, please let the staff know when you check in.
※There are also several day-trip hot spring facilities nearby, so please refer to the Minakami Town website and use them.

About reservations
Please make reservations by 4:00 p.m. the day before.
Depending on availability, reservations may not be possible, so please make reservations as early as possible.
This plan can be used by 2 to 10 people per plot.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:
10-7 days before → 10%
6-2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On the day → 100%
※Please note that if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic jams, you may be charged the full amount.

Others
※Please bring a dog cage if you have a pet. We can lend one to customers who do not bring a cage.

Lights out time
◎Lights out at 10pm. Please refrain from making noise or shouting outside as there will be other customers, families, and customers with small children.

Shower facilities available (2 locations)
Use limited to 15 minutes per person
Shampoo and body soap provided

For those who wish to use the sauna
There is a sauna on the premises where you can enjoy loyly.
Sauna is available from 6:30 p.m to 10:30 p.m. Customers who wish to use the sauna should ask the staff.

Notes on using the campsite
・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur within the campsite.
・If you have children, please make sure to keep an eye on them at all times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises or in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the surrounding area.
・Guests must take all trash from food and drinks they bring with them when they leave.
・Please do not make noise after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other customers.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
