What is a buggy?
Riding through the great outdoors on the Minakami is an outdoor sport that even children can participate in.
The buggy is a 4-wheel drive that can run on various rough roads, including uneven ground, and is an outdoor activity that allows you to enjoy active driving and maneuverability to your heart's content.
Operate a 4-wheel buggy that can run on any terrain, stretch your legs in the great outdoors that you normally can't get to, and run through it in an exhilarating way!
*This plan is only for renting a plot, so please bring your own tent equipment and other equipment for your stay.
*If you would like to use the sauna, please let the staff know when you check in.

※Price on weekends, holidays (long weekends) will be 1,100 yen higher than the price listed above (tax included).

There is a plot fee of ¥12,000 per plot.
※There are 8 campsites, and each site can accommodate 1-10 people.
※The plot fee is ¥12,000 for up to 6 people, but for 7 or more people, an additional ¥2,000 will be charged for each additional person.
※The above fees will be charged separately for additional people, so please enter the number of additional people in the "Questions/Requests" section when booking. We will inform you of the final fee after booking.
※For 7 or more people → The usage fee will be the plot fee plus the number of people for 7 or more people.

Please note that there is an outdoor participation fee of ¥10,000 per adult and ¥7,000 per child (elementary school age or younger).
Example) Weekday, 2 adults, 1 child
¥12,000 + ¥10,000 x 2 people + ¥7,000 x 1 person
=¥39,000 (tax included: ¥42,900)
※On weekends and holidays, the section fee and the fee per person will increase by ¥1,000.

Depending on availability, reservations may not be possible, so please make reservations as early as possible.

About lights-out time

Please refrain from making noise or yelling outdoors as there will be other guests and families with small children.

There is a sauna on the premises where you can also enjoy loyly
The sauna is available from 6:30 to 10:30 PM
If you wish to use the sauna, please inform a staff member at check-in.

Important Notes

■Buggy

[Buggy Tour Precautions]
- You will be operating the Buggy yourself, so be careful not to go too fast or take curves
- Listen carefully to what the guide says and follow their instructions
- Accidents involving bone fractures on uneven surfaces are common. Listen carefully to the guide's explanations and drive the buggy safely.
- Seniors citizens are not allowed to participate (70 years or older)
- You may be asked to use your own car to travel from reception to the site
- Rain or shine. However, if the weather is not so good or dangerous, the tour may be canceled at the discretion of the guide.

◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
Since they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which provides regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which provides even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and Medical First Aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out insurance on the day of the tour at our company.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
