*If you would like to use the sauna, please let the staff know when you check in.
*There are also several day-trip hot spring facilities nearby, so please refer to the Minakami Town website and use them.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:
10-7 days before → 10%
6-2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%

※Please bring a dog cage if you have a pet. We can lend one to customers who do not have a cage.
Lights out time
◎Lights out at 10pm. There will be other customers, families, and customers with small children, so please refrain from making noise or yelling outdoors.
Shower facilities available (2 locations)
Use is limited to 15 minutes per person. Shampoo and body soap are provided.
For those who wish to use the sauna
There is a sauna on the premises where you can enjoy loyly.
The sauna is available from 6:30 to 10:30.
If you would like to use the sauna, please let the staff know when you check in.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.
[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
