■Limited to 2 groups per day, this plan includes a bed-type accommodation with shower and sauna!
・Sauna time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes per group!
・You can use the sauna from 3:00 PM until check-in until 10:00 PM, so please specify your check-in time when making your reservation.

●Currently, there is no cold bath or outdoor bathing space・Please use the accommodation building for the shower room.

■Bungalow
This bungalow can accommodate 2-4 people, and the room is small so there is no space to eat and drink.
There is a shower in the room and you can use it at any time.
※There is no toilet, so please use the toilet on the adjacent premises.
※If you need to use the washbasin, please use the powder room next to the toilet on the premises.
Bedding is provided with beds, blankets, and gas heaters. You can bring other bedding.
There is no kitchen or toilet in the bungalow. There is a toilet in a separate building.

■Check-in procedure
There are no bathing facilities in the campsite, so if you wish to use the hot springs nearby, please do so.
(The hot springs in the town close at 8:00 PM)
Lights out at 10:00 PM (the lights in the campsite are turned off) You can use the bungalow as it is.

・Discount tickets for nearby hot springs are available.
・Toothbrushes, towels, hair dryers, and free drinks (instant coffee, etc.) are available in the powder room.

It gets cold in the mornings and evenings in winter, so please wear warm clothes.

Bed-type bedding is provided, but you are free to bring your own futons, blankets, etc.!
You can also bring your own food, but cooking indoors is prohibited.
There is a powder room on the premises, and coffee, a kettle, and a microwave are available, so please feel free to use them.

Please manage food ingredients and dispose of leftovers appropriately.
★No fireworks or fireworks are allowed on the premises or in the parking lot.

★Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10pm. This will cause inconvenience to other guests. If you are not satisfied with your behavior, we may ask you to leave the room.

・It may get chilly in the evenings and mornings, so please bring something to wear, such as a fleece. (Fleece rentals are free)
・Please bring insect repellent spray if you have it.
・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.
(Vending machines available, but no alcohol) (Bringing by your's self is OK, but please take back empty trash with you)
・Credit cards cannot be used. Payment must be made in cash or with PayPay, so please be prepared.

Important Notes

■Tapa Camp Bungalow

◆Please note that we do not accept reservations from those who want to make noise at the campsite, as we want everyone to stay quiet.
(Please understand that there are families with small children staying at the campsite.)
・As this is a campsite in the mountains, there are wild animals, so please take care to manage your food and any leftovers after eating. Please note that we cannot respond to damage caused by wild animals.
・There are no bathing facilities in this area. (Only Bed types come with showers.)
・We have discount coupons for nearby hot springs, so please use them.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalows.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other customers.
※ If you do not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be at the time of breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
