Minakami is famous for its hot springs, and you can also take a day trip to Minakami Hot Springs. We also recommend visiting the Folk Craft Village (Takumi no Sato) and Rockfield Dam in the town! We also offer plans where you can participate in activities such as rafting and canyoning. You can make reservations on the day of your stay or the day after!
The glamping location is within the base of TOP Minakami, so there is no need to move.

※Price on weekends, holidays (long weekends) will be 1,100 yen higher than the price listed above (tax included).

※Event period: mid-April to October
※There are 5 tent sites, each of which can accommodate 2-4 people.
※Free for preschool children.
※Adult rates are for junior high school students and above.
※Child rates are for elementary school children.
※Prices are 1,000 yen higher on weekends, national holidays, Obon, Golden Week, and Silver Week.
※BBQ + breakfast for preschool children can be prepared for an additional 3,500 yen, so please make a reservation in advance.

・It gets cold in the mornings and evenings, so please bring something to put on, such as a fleece.
(Fleeces are available for free rental)

・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.

Important Notes

■TIPI Glamping

●Please note
- Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.
(If you would like to set off fireworks, please let us know and we will guide you to a designated location.)
- All food and drink trash must be taken home.
- Please do not make noise outdoors or in the tents after 10pm. This will cause inconvenience to other customers.
- Credit cards are not accepted. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
If the behavior does not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave.
As this is a mountainous area, there are quite a lot of bugs in August, so if you do not like them, we recommend a hotel or a lodging facility with indoor dining.
It gets quite cold at night from April to the end of May and from mid-September.
Please wear warm clothes as there are no heating facilities in the tents.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
