※If you arrive earlier than 16:00, please come to 170-1 Tsunago, Minakami-machi, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture, where you can receive information on shopping and hot springs.
Check-out: OK until 10:00 AM!

◆ Items prepared by BBQ staff
- BBQ ingredients, equipment, fire starter, and breakfast will be prepared by our staff.
Charcoal will be replenished regularly by the staff in charge. The staff will also clean up the charcoal.

◆Access
・If you want to do sightseeing, we recommend coming by car.
・If coming by car: 2 minutes from Minakami I.C. on the Kanetsu Expressway.
・If coming by train: Free pick-up from JR Minakami Station or Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen.
※If you would like a pick-up, please make a reservation in advance.
※We also provide pick-up from the nearest accommodation, so please contact us.
◆Note
Please refrain from making loud noises or strange sounds as there are many family members.
We may warn you, and if the situation does not improve, we may ask you to leave the room. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we cannot accommodate check-ins earlier than 4:00 p.m. as there are no staff on-site.

8:30 AM Gathering (Fill out the disclaimer agreement, change into clothing that can get dirty)
9:00 AM Depart for site. You will ride in our vehicle so don’t worry
9:30 AM Mushroom picking begins! Please pick a lot(^^♪
12:00 PM Lunch and mushroom ramen
1:00 PM Depart for afternoon session!
4:00 PM Arrive at base! Sort the mushrooms.
5:00 PM Depart!

■Notes
TAPA Camp is a facility for those who want to relax and enjoy a quiet time, so we will not allow noisy people.
In addition, the lights are turned off at 10:00, so please stay inside your bungalow after that.
※Please be considerate of other guests using the facility and neighboring houses.
★Outdoor tour participation time
◇You can choose whether to do the outdoor experience first or on the next day.
◎If you want to experience rafting on the day of your stay, you will meet at TOP Minakami Company at 13:00 PM.
◎If you wish to go mushroom hunting the next day, please check in at TAPA Camp from 4:00 PM, and meet at TOP Minakami Company at 8:30 AM the next day for rafting.

・It may get chilly in the evenings and mornings, so please bring something to wear, such as a fleece. (Fleece rentals are free)
・Please bring insect repellent spray if you have it.
・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.
(Vending machines available, but no alcohol) (Bringing by your's self is OK, but please take back empty trash with you)
・Credit cards cannot be used. Payment must be made in cash or with PayPay, so please be prepared.

Important Notes

■Mushroom Hunting

●Other precautions
・Some wild mushrooms are inedible, so please do not put them in your mouth carelessly.
・As you will be entering the mountains, please enjoy mushroom hunting under the guidance of your guide.
・Please do not go deep into the mountains.
・For safety reasons, cameras cannot be brought on any tours. Camera staff will accompany the tour. If you would like one, they will be available for purchase after the tour.
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are not in good health, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those with a hangover will be refused entry on the day of the tour.
・The tour will be held rain or shine.
◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are not always safe because they involve nature.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the risks before making a reservation.
◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a one-time premium on the day of the tour at our company.
◆Please note that the half-day course does not include canoe.

◆Please note that we do not accept reservations from those who want to make noise at the campsite, as we want everyone to stay quiet.
(Please understand that there are families with small children staying at the campsite.)
・As this is a campsite in the mountains, there are wild animals, so please take care to manage your food and any leftovers after eating. Please note that we cannot respond to damage caused by wild animals.
・There are no bathing facilities in this area. (Only Bed types come with showers.)
・We have discount coupons for nearby hot springs, so please use them.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalows.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other customers.
※ If you do not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be at the time of breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
