◎Accommodation building
There are only four cottage-style bungalows on the premises, and they are available for private use by only four groups per day.
◎Bedding
Two semi-double beds, two single beds, and one futon are provided.
※ (4-7 guests can stay, but the bedding is for up to 5 guests, so if you are staying with 6-7 guests, please use a semi-double bed for 2 guests.)
◎Hot springs (source hot springs)
There is an indoor bath (hot spring) inside the bungalow and an outdoor hot spring bath, but the outdoor hot spring bath is a relaxation space, so please wear a swimsuit when entering.
※Please note that the outdoor baths are not available during the winter season.

TOP Minakami has been hosting SUP tours for over 10 years, and offers a new sport on Lake Minakami that even beginners can participate in.
The half-day course lasts about 3 hours.
A fun, professional guide will accompany you on the tour and provide careful instruction, so anyone can learn to paddle.
You can think of SUP as a longboard for surfing (^^♪
Why not become one with nature on the dark blue surface of the water and enjoy an elegant and stylish outdoor experience?

SUP Participation Precautions
・Please note that we will not allow pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, or those who are hungover to participate in the tour on the day.
・The tour will be held even in the rain.

◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident, per person).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out insurance on the day of the tour at our company.

10th to 7th Day→ 10%
6th to 2nd Day → 30%
The day before → 50%
On the day → 100%

〇Fireworks are prohibited, but hand-held fireworks are allowed for decoration.

Shioya Spa is quiet staying facility, where we would like you to spend your time quietly, so making noise and playing music is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations from guests who intend to make noise.

※【Winter Information for Guests Using from December to March】※
※Please note that the outdoor open-air baths (individual outdoor hot springs) cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will dine indoors in the dedicated restaurant building, and will be guided to teppanyaki (hot plate). (Mid-December to end of March)
※There is a lot of snowfall in winter, so please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※The outdoor water tap cannot be used to prevent freezing.
※As with the green season, there are many families, so please refrain from making noise or shouting.
※There is no staff on-site at all times, so please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than the scheduled time.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
