A Special Minakami Getaway with Glamping and Night SUP
Enjoy the beautiful nature of Minakami with this special accommodation package combining private glamping and Night SUP.
Stay in a private RiverStone cottage surrounded by the nature of Minakami.
RiverStone features four newly built cottage-style accommodations, each rented exclusively to your group. The cottages include beds, a bathroom, a washlet toilet and a kitchen.
From April through November, dinner includes a steak BBQ and bouillabaisse, while breakfast features pancakes. Guests can also enjoy a campfire and beautiful starry skies around the property.
The highlight of this package is the Minakami Night SUP experience.
Head to the lake around sunset and enjoy the beautiful scenery as the orange evening sky gradually changes into the night.
Experience the peaceful atmosphere of the lake, reflections on the water and the beautiful evening scenery from your SUP.
Even if you are new to SUP, an experienced guide will provide support throughout the experience.

Check-in is possible from 16:00
The night SUP meeting time for accommodation packages is only at 17:00.
After the night SUP experience, we will return to your accommodation and start BBQ.
*Please note for those with BBQ
Since the BBQ will start between 18.00 and 19.00, the BBQ will start at the accommodation immediately after the night sup experience.
Reception for nearby day-trip hot springs will close between 18.00 and 19.00. Therefore, please take a shower or bath at your accommodation.
There is a simple shower available at our reception.

※BBQ during the winter season will be indoors (in the restaurant building) and will be on a teppanyaki (hot plate).
TOP Minakami has been hosting SUP tours for over 10 years, and offers a new sport on Lake Minakami that even beginners can participate in.
The half-day course lasts about 3 hours.
A fun, professional guide will accompany you on the tour and provide careful instruction, so anyone can learn to paddle.
You can think of SUP as a longboard for surfing (^^♪

SUP Participation Precautions
・Please note that we will not allow pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, or those who are hungover to participate in the tour on the day.
・The tour will be held even in the rain.
◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.
◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident, per person).
Injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out insurance on the day of the tour at our company.

◇ River Stone Precautions for use
・It gets crowded around 4:00 p.m., so you may have to wait. Thank you for your understanding.
・No smoking inside the building ・No pets.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10 p.m. It will be a nuisance to other guests.
・Please keep to breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are allowed in designated areas on the premises and in the parking lot, but fireworks that make noise are prohibited in the neighborhood.
・Please keep all other trash in the cottages together.
※【Winter Information for those using from December to March】※
※Those who make reservations for the winter BBQ plan will eat indoors in the dedicated restaurant building (mid-December to late March)
※As there is a lot of snowfall in winter, please bring chains and prepare studless tires.
※The parking lot on the premises may also be covered in packed snow.
※As with the green season, there will be many families staying, so please refrain from making noise or yelling.
※As there are no resident staff, please contact us if your check-in time is earlier or later than expected.

Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.
[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
