With this plan, you can have a BBQ before or after the canyoning experience.
We hold the tour three times a day, so please choose the time you like.

◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
There are some dangerous elements because they are carried out in nature.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets out regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets out even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have cleared these requirements, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident, per person).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a one-time premium on the day at our company.

●The 11:00 canyoning course will end at approximately 1:00.
※The tour time is approximately 3 hours. Please note that the time may vary depending on the water level on the day.

自然の中で行なうため危険要素を含みます。
予約の際にはよく理解してからの参加をお願い致します。
◆ガイド基準
みなかみ町のアウトドアツアーはアウトドア観光条例が定められていて、規制や基準及び一般社団法人アウトドア連合会が設立されていてさらに厳しい基準や規定が設けられています。
当社のガイドはそれらをクリアし、レスキュー３及びメディカルファーストエイドの有資格者が全てのアウトドアツアーに同行しますので安心してご参加していただけます。
◆保険内容
全てのツアーには施設陪席賠償保険（１事故１名、３億円までの適用範囲）が含まれております。
個人の行動に伴う事故怪我は適用範囲外となりますので傷害保険の加入をお勧めしております。
事前に加入されていないお客様は掛け捨てで当日当社にて加入することが出来ます。
◆ご注意
・妊婦、体調不良、当日飲酒、二日酔いの方は当日ツアーをお断りさせて頂きますのでご了承ください。
・雨天決行。

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
