◆Conditions for participation
Anyone between the ages of 3 and 70 can participate.
◆Schedule
This plan allows you to have a BBQ before or after your Canadian canoeing experience.
It is held three times a day, so please choose your preferred time.
Meet at 8:30am (8:30 tour) BBQ after the tour
Meet at 10:50am (11:00 tour) BBQ after the tour
Meet at 10:50am (12:30 tour) BBQ before the tour
◆Requests to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain elements of danger.
Please make sure you understand the details before making a reservation.
◆Guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which provides regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, which has been established and has even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides have passed these tests, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.
◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per person per accident).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out insurance on the day at our company.

●The 11AM canyoning course will end at approximately 2:00PM.
※The tour will last approximately 3 hours. Please note that the time may change depending on the situation on the day.

Important Notes

■BBQ（Barbecue）

*The types of vegetables may vary slightly depending on the season.
*BBQ ingredients are provided, but guests are free to bring their own. Please bring your own if necessary. (There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car.)

■Canoe

◇Canoe experience (Canadian canoe) precautions
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are not in good health, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day. Please note that if you are unable to participate in the tour for the above reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.
・In the unlikely event that a participant is injured, our guides are fully trained in rescue training and first aid training.
・The tour will be held rain or shine. However, if the lake water level rises and the situation becomes dangerous, the guide may cancel the tour at his/her discretion.

[Regarding children's participation]
・Elementary school students and above can participate.

◆Insurance details

Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out this insurance on the day at our company, with a non-refundable premium.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
