●Canyoning Accommodation Package

You can choose whether to canyoning before or after your stay!
If you are going to canyoning on the water, we recommend the accommodation package. It is also very cheap and has a lot of content, so you will definitely be satisfied!
※For detailed information about the lodge Yamanoie and canyoning, please select it from the HOME screen → Select an activity and refer to it.
This is a guesthouse package that includes a half-day water canyoning experience and an overnight stay at the lodge Yamanoie, including dinner and breakfast.

～Participation conditions～
・Elementary school students to 75 years old (height is OK as long as you are around 110 cm)
・Even first-timers can participate in canyoning, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
In addition, children are welcome to participate, so you can enjoy it with your family as a group while doing the refreshing slide.

For tours before staying overnight, afternoon session, meet at 12:30

■Canyoning

●Notes for participating in minakami canyoning
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers participating in water canyoning tours
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

■Lodge Yamanoie

・There is a shared bath (separate for men and women) in the building.
・Please note that there are no stores (convenience stores, etc.) nearby where you can buy groceries. (The nearest convenience store is about 20 minutes by car.)
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
