■Participation conditions
・Anyone can participate
・Around 5 years old to 75 years old (children must be around 110 cm tall)
・There are courses that can be participated by infants and elementary school students, so you can enjoy it with your family
・For family courses, children from 3 years old are OK
■Canyoning courses
There are reservations for beginner and advanced courses.
Regular reservations are for the beginner course (level for participants from 5 years old).
Advanced courses require separate reservations for FOX canyoning.
●Operations vary depending on the situation on the day, but on busy days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) there are around 30 people.

・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
