Tapa's night is surrounded by a starry sky, the sound of insects, and clear air, so let's enjoy the great outdoors! You can feel like you're in an Asian resort! Sleeping bags are provided as bedding in the bungalow. ◆Operating regulations for children
Minakami Town has outdoor tourism ordinances, and there are regulations for children's tours.
Please note that tours cannot be conducted if the water level exceeds a certain level.
In the event of cancellation, you can change to another outdoor activity that can be done on the day.
◆Guide standards
Outdoor tour guides in Minakami Town are subject to guide standards set by the outdoor tourism ordinance. Guides work in accordance with regulations and standards.
In addition, the Outdoor Association has been established, which has set even stricter standards and regulations.

Our guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by Rescue 3 and medical first aid certified personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per person per accident).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you take out personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not taken out insurance in advance can take out a non-refundable insurance policy at our company on the day.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.

※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
