■Golden Week discount Buggy + BBQ ●What is a buggy? The buggy tour, which runs through the great outdoors on the Minakami, is an outdoor sport that even children can participate in. The buggy is a four-wheel drive that can run on various rough roads, including rough terrain, and is an outdoor activity that allows you to enjoy active driving and maneuverability to your heart's content. Operate a four-wheel buggy that can run on any terrain, stretch your legs and run through the great outdoors that you normally cannot enter! ●Event period ・Mid-April to the end of November ●Participation requirements ・6 to 70 years old ・Anyone over elementary school age can participate. ・There is no age limit for elderly people as long as they are healthy. ●Buggy safety A professional guide will accompany you on the buggy tour and will kindly explain the safety and operation methods, so you can participate with peace of mind. A professional guide will always accompany you, but since you are dealing with the great outdoors, there are risks involved, so please understand this before participating. ●Buggy guide Instructors include guides from other countries, so make sure you understand the explanations well. Important Notes

■Rafting
- For safety reasons, handheld cameras are not allowed on Minakami rafting tours.
It's OK to bring a camera with a mount like a GoPro that leaves your hands free!
- Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those with a hangover will be refused entry to the tour on the day.
- The tour will proceed even in the rain (please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel for your own reasons)
◆Water volume regulations
Minakami Town has safety standards, and if the water volume exceeds the set amount, the event may be canceled.
If the event is canceled, you can switch to another event, such as lake rafting or another event available on that day.
◆Request to customers
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily safe.
As they are conducted in the midst of nature, they contain elements of danger.
Please make sure you fully understand the terms and conditions before making a reservation.
◆ Guide standards
Minakami Town's outdoor tours are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets out regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established with even stricter standards and regulations.
Our guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by Rescue 3 and Medical First Aid certified guides, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (one person per accident, coverage up to 300 million yen).
Accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered, so we recommend that you purchase personal injury insurance.
Customers who have not purchased insurance in advance can purchase it on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
