If you want to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, we recommend this passport! An all you can play annual pass has been released that you can use during the green season from late March to late November, including Golden Week, Obon, weekends, and holidays!! The annual pass lets you participate in rafting or canyoning whenever you want, and it's a special pass that lets you participate in anything, anytime, even two or three times a day, as long as there are openings on the tour days. Enjoy the many outdoor experience activities at TOP Minakami to your heart's content~(^^♪

Information on TOP Minakami Company's Annual Passport

■What is an Annual Passport?
This is a passport for outdoor experiences that allows you to use all of our tours as much as you like.
You can use any of our tours, such as rafting, canyoning, canoe, SUP, buggy, hydrospeed, packraft, etc., at any time.
The period during which you can use it is from late March to early December, so you can use it as much as you like when you like, making it a very good deal.

■How to use
Each activity has its own annual passport reservation page, so first apply for the activity you want to participate in from there. We will explain the details after you have paid for the passport when you come to TOP Minakami Company on the day.

Things to Bring

Please refer to the activity page for which you would like to participate.

Important Notes

・Please note that the Annual Pass can only be used by the person holding the pass.
・Use begins for one year from the date of your first outdoor activity.
・To make a reservation, you make a reservation for one day, and then you can make your next reservation after that day has been used up.
・Please note that reservations cannot be made for multiple days at the same time.
・To make a reservation, please apply on our website and write "Using the Annual Pass" in the comments section.
・Please note that applications made through other e-commerce sites will not be accepted.
※ Outdoor experiences are sports that involve nature, and therefore involve risks.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
