Plan Details

A set plan for a half-day rafting course (+) a half-day canyoning course (+) and a camping bungalow! You can choose to experience the outdoors on the day or the next day!
If you choose to experience the outdoors on the day, you can join the half-day rafting course at the 13:15 meeting point, stay overnight (BBQ and breakfast included), and join the half-day canyoning course the next morning. After the tour, you will have lunch, so you will disband after eating lunch.
If you choose to stay overnight first, you can check in to the Tapa bungalow at the 16:00 meeting point, join the half-day rafting course the next day, and lunch is included, so you will have lunch before joining the half-day canyoning course in the afternoon, and then disband.
※Tapa Campsite does not have bath facilities. We have hot spring discount coupons at our company, so please use a nearby hot spring facility.
◎We operate our own outdoor facilities, accommodation, restaurants, etc., so you can participate with peace of mind.
You can also use service coupons for souvenirs from Mizukami.

Schedule

Afternoon 1:00 pm, assembly; half-day rafting course
Rafting tour ends around 3:30 pm
Move to Tapa at 4:00 pm
Travel time + Onsen or shopping etc. by guest vehicle

Important Notes

■Rafting

・For safety reasons, hand-held cameras are not allowed during the tour.
・GoPro or other mounted devices that keep your hands free are acceptable.
・Pregnant women, those feeling unwell, individuals who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour, or those who are hungover will not be allowed to participate.
・Tours proceed even in rainy conditions. Please note that cancellations due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged.

◆Water Level Regulations
・Minakami Town has strict safety standards. If the water level exceeds the limit, the tour may be cancelled.
・In case of cancellation, you can switch to alternative activities such as lake rafting or other available outdoor activities for the day.

◆Important Notes for Participants
・Outdoor tours are conducted in nature and may involve inherent risks.
・Please understand this thoroughly before making a reservation.

◆Guide Standards
・Minakami’s outdoor tours follow the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which enforces strict safety regulations and standards.
・All guides are certified in Rescue 3 and Medical First Aid, ensuring your safety throughout the tour.

◆Insurance Coverage
・All tours include facility liability insurance (up to ¥300 million per accident per person).
・Personal injuries or accidents caused by individual actions are not covered under this insurance.
・It is recommended to purchase accident insurance. If you do not have prior coverage, you can opt for a one-day insurance plan through the company on the day of the tour.

■Canyoning

●Notes for participating in minakami canyoning
・Please note that pregnant women, those who are unwell, those who have drunk alcohol on the day, and those who are hungover will be refused the tour on the day.

◆Request to customers participating in water canyoning tours
Outdoor tours are sports that involve nature, so they are not necessarily always safe.
As they are conducted in nature, they contain dangerous elements.
Please understand the details before making a reservation.

◆Minakami canyoning guide standards
Outdoor tours in Minakami Town are governed by the Outdoor Tourism Ordinance, which sets regulations and standards, and the Outdoor Association, a general incorporated association, has been established, which sets even stricter standards and regulations.
Our canyoning guides meet these standards, and all outdoor tours are accompanied by qualified Rescue 3 and medical first aid personnel, so you can participate with peace of mind.

◆Insurance details
All tours include facility attendant liability insurance (coverage up to 300 million yen per accident per person).
We recommend that you take out personal injury insurance as accidents and injuries caused by personal actions are not covered.
Customers who have not signed up in advance can sign up on the day at our company on a non-refundable basis.

■Tapa Camp Bungalow

◆Please note that we do not accept reservations from those who want to make noise at the campsite, as we want everyone to stay quiet.
(Please understand that there are families with small children staying at the campsite.)
・As this is a campsite in the mountains, there are wild animals, so please take care to manage your food and any leftovers after eating. Please note that we cannot respond to damage caused by wild animals.
・There are no bathing facilities in this area. (Only Bed types come with showers.)
・We have discount coupons for nearby hot springs, so please use them.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalows.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other customers.
※ If you do not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be at the time of breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
