・Meet at 12:30 PM if you are staying overnight after canyoning on the day.
・Meet at 4:00 PM if you are staying overnight and going canyoning the next day.
(Canyoning tour meets at 8:30 AM the next day)
*As everything is within the grounds managed by our company, TOP Minakami, there will be no movement.
Please rest assured that the parking lots, outdoor bases and TIPI tents are located by area.

・It gets cold in the mornings and evenings, so please bring something to put on, such as a fleece.
(Fleeces are available for free rental)
・Change of clothes, towels, etc.

・Please bring insect repellent spray and other insect repellent products if you have them.
※ There are a lot of insects in August.
・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.
・There are vending machines ※ No alcohol
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay as payment will be required.

Important Notes

■TIPI Glamping

●Please note
- Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.
(If you would like to set off fireworks, please let us know and we will guide you to a designated location.)
- All food and drink trash must be taken home.
- Please do not make noise outdoors or in the tents after 10pm. This will cause inconvenience to other customers.
- Credit cards are not accepted. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
If the behavior does not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave.
As this is a mountainous area, there are quite a lot of bugs in August, so if you do not like them, we recommend a hotel or a lodging facility with indoor dining.
It gets quite cold at night from April to the end of May and from mid-September.
Please wear warm clothes as there are no heating facilities in the tents.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
10～7 days before → 10%
6～2 days before → 30%
The day before → 50%
On that day → 100%
※ Please note that even if you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic delays, you may still be charged the full amount.
