・Check-in: possible from 4:00 PM. Campsite TAPA
※If you arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, please come to 170-1 Tsunago, Minakami-machi, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture, where we can assist you with shopping and the hot springs.
・Sauna use: 4:30-7:00 PM (1 hour per group) Please indicate the time in the notes when making your reservation.
・Amenities: ●Towels only
※There are currently no cold baths or shower facilities. Only sauna use is available.
・BBQ: 7:00-9:00 PM
・Outdoor lights off: 10:00 PM
・Check-out: OK until 10:00 AM!

BBQ is done by yourself.

◆Things prepared by BBQ staff
・Our staff will prepare BBQ ingredients, equipment, fire starters, and breakfast.
The staff will replenish charcoal regularly. The staff will also clean up the charcoal.

・Vegetables (onions, eggplant, peppers, pumpkin, mushrooms, cabbage)

・Meat (beef skirt steak, pork, lamb, chicken, spare ribs, wieners, beef steak)

Dishes, side dishes, cups, chopsticks, tongs, hot plate, grill
The staff will regularly replenish the charcoal.
・BBQ ingredients are provided, but you are free to bring your own. You can also buy food nearby! (A nearby supermarket is a 5-minute drive away)

◆Cancellation
In the event of cancellation due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
10-7 days before → 10% 6-2 days before → 30% The day before → 50% On the day → 100%
※If you are unable to make it to the tour due to traffic congestion, you may be charged the full amount. Please be careful.

◆Access
・We recommend that you come by car if you want to do sightseeing.
・If coming by car: 2 minutes from Minakami I.C. on the Kan'etsu Expressway.
・If coming by train: Free pick-up service available from JR Minakami Station or Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen.
※If you would like a pick-up service, please make a reservation in advance.
※We also provide pick-up service from the nearest accommodations, so please contact us.
◆Notes
Please refrain from making loud noises or yelling as there are many family members.
We may warn you and ask you to leave if your behavior does not improve. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we cannot accommodate check-ins earlier than 4:00 p.m. as we do not have staff on-site.

Things to Bring

■Tapa Camp Bungalow

・It may get chilly in the evenings and mornings, so please bring something to wear, such as a fleece. (Fleece rentals are free)
・Please bring insect repellent spray if you have it.
・Please note that we do not sell alcohol.
(Vending machines available, but no alcohol) (Bringing by your's self is OK, but please take back empty trash with you)
・Credit cards cannot be used. Payment must be made in cash or with PayPay, so please be prepared.

Important Notes

■Tapa Camp Bungalow

◆Please note that we do not accept reservations from those who want to make noise at the campsite, as we want everyone to stay quiet.
(Please understand that there are families with small children staying at the campsite.)
・As this is a campsite in the mountains, there are wild animals, so please take care to manage your food and any leftovers after eating. Please note that we cannot respond to damage caused by wild animals.
・There are no bathing facilities in this area. (Only Bed types come with showers.)
・We have discount coupons for nearby hot springs, so please use them.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalows.
・Credit cards cannot be used. Please prepare cash or PayPay for payment.
・Please do not make noise outdoors or indoors after 10pm. It will cause inconvenience to other customers.
※ If you do not improve after multiple warnings, you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be at the time of breakfast and dinner times.
・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises and in the parking lot, and fireworks are also prohibited in the neighborhood.

[Regarding Tour Cancellations]
Depending on weather conditions or circumstances on the tour day, the guide may determine that the tour is unsafe and cancel it. Please be aware of this in advance.
※ In case of complete cancellation, the tour fee will not be charged.
※ Please note that transportation costs to our location will be at your own expense.

[Regarding Cancellations]
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
