What is snow canyoning? Snow canyoning is a winter version of canyoning, where you slide and jump through the forest while walking through the winter mountains wearing snowshoes, a Western version of traditional Japanese snow shoes. It is a sport where you can walk through the natural snowy ground, enjoy the snowy scenery of nature, the clear, refreshing air, and the exhilarating feeling of sliding down the snow. A specialized snow canyoning guide will guide you to the wonderful silver world created by the natural beauty of Minakami Town, Gunma Prefecture. As you walk through the natural snow, you can come into contact with nature, such as animal footprints and tree buds. During the winter season, we offer a great price because it is not possible to enjoy BBQ, breakfast, etc. on site due to the snow! ◎ Since Minakami is a hot spring town, we have nearby hot spring discount tickets available, so please let us know if you are interested. ~Caution~ The campsite is located in an area with snow. ●Please always carry chains if you are driving a car with normal tires or rear-wheel drive. ●The parking lot is in the shade, so there will be snow.
